this project is purposely to enable the visually impaired persons get a feel of the ICT world.It involves a system that will download text from the computer and send the signals to an actuator,which inturn causes mechanical motion to pins that form an array of braille dots.The actuators that can be used include pneumatic actuators,microfluidies,pizoelectric actuators or primitive ballscrews.Please assist on the possible ways on how to convert the text on the computer into signals and the interface with the actuatorplus a possible circuit diagram.
