Respected Sir, Iam a Diploma student in Electronics & Communication .In my final year I have to do a project work.I have an idea.It is about mobile phone.I will explain to you. Consider a company,the company wants to call to many consumers for its many needs .My project is to bring maximum profit to the company by calling from minimum tariffs.Here minimum tariffs is calling from same network like BSNL to BSNL or IDEA to IDEA or RELIANCE to RELIANCE etc. That is by identifying the detination number, for example if the destination number is 9387523252 ,our call must go from our Reliance phone.Thus it requirs finding the number and auto dialing from another set(here reliance). So you please help me in my project by giving me the needful explanations and circuit diagrams. Iam believe that this idea willnot go outside. Please send your reply soon to my mail. I like your project idea. There are commercial solutions available for this. But you can build your own customised version. An approach to this would be to modify an existing epbx or create a new one. Epbx has got many out going lines. You will get hardware to connect mobile phones, or gsm modems to epbx hardware so that you can route through that. All calls with in a company reaches the EBPX. Capture the numbers from there and based on the providor route the call to apropriate channel. You can do this in software using Digium cards and asterix software. If digium is used it involves no programming at all. You will have to learn to configure asterix software. Asterix is a software epbx for voip connections.
