The project must have a system in which the car's driver is informed whether the parking is full or not.He is informed using LEDs(green,red).If parking is available the gate opens automatically.The counter is incremented or decremented using two devices which emit rays(one for incoming cars and the other for outgoing cars).All this must be done using microprocessor(mosty INTEL 8085).Please help me with this project.reply as early as possible.

  

 In my system there is entry gate, exit gate, two entry sensor, an exit sensor, entry key pad, exit key pad and LCD display. Display will display,

1.                 Total number of vehicles entered into the parking place.2.                 Total number of vehicles exited from the parking place.3.                 Total number of vehicles present at the moment in the            parking area.The heart of our project is microcontroller. It will check whether enter sensor and exit sensor is detecting the vehicle. If it detects a vehicle then it will ask for the code. If code matches with the saved code then and then only it will open the gate for some time to enter or exit the vehicle. If the entered code does not match with the saved code then buzzer will be turned ON, and display will display ‘CODE IS INCORRECT’.Microcontroller will check the present number of vehicles & the set point. If there is no place for the parking then it will display ‘SORRY NO VACANCY’ for the parking, and the door will not open under any circumstances.

what if i will use 7 segments for the indicator instead of LED???
