Many people are losing their lives in accidents in night at highways due to not noticed by the passengers due to lack of visibility at night. If it's happened at day they may call to 108 or free ambulance service. so we are thinking to make a device that will monitor the traveller 'blood pressure','heart beat' and 'vehicle condition' and if any abnormalities occured it will initiate a sms message which is predefined to some contacts in his phone and sends to them about the 'cell tower area'and his health parameters.
