“ Voice Response System “ is aimed to develop an application for blind people. This software produces an enhancement way of selecting files through voice. Also it reads the contents of the selected files. By the way of commanding the system, user can get the web page. Voice recognition is used to produce the word specified by the user. The Viewer is used to get the corresponding web page. Finally the user receives synthesis format output. The communication cost also very low.
